South Side chefs face-off for bragging rights to South Side’s “Best Soup” at the 7th Annual South Side Soup Contest on February 19, 2011. From 12-3pm participating shops will host delicious soups prepared by neighborhood restaurants and offer great deals in their stores.
Pittsburgh’s South Side is often one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the city. Not only is it a nighttime hot spot for the nightclub and bar scene, but also has great shops and events which add to the rich culture of the neighborhood.
