Butcher & the Rye: Being part of the Meat & Potatoes (also participating in PRW) family sets the bar pretty high for Butcher & the Rye.   For $35.14, diners get 4 tasting courses including a Soup/Salad, Pasta, Entree and Dessert.  Luckily I’ve already made reservations for this, because availability is slim.  Having been open only a couple months, restaurant week will not only be true test for the restaurant, but will likely yield high reward for the restaurant.  My meal of escarole salad, dirty pasta, roasted chicken and apple brown betty will undoubtedly be a future TasteBuds Review.
