Last night was the Christmas Wine Exchange was our largest wine exchange yet. We had 30 people with about 9 new attendees. Sausalido was a great host to us. Nick made time to stop up and thank the group for coming. You’ll see here, the food looked amazing. And if you think it looks amazing, then you should stop by Sausalido and try the London Broil for yourself! It was to die for.
Thank you to everyone who supports us event after event and for extending your support this month to the Toys for Tots charity as well.

SMOKED GOUDA sage wheat encrusted smoked gouda / sauteed spinach / sun-dried tomatoes / pesto / balsamic reduction

VEGETARIAN RISOTTO / baby spinach / portabello and crimini mushrooms

– Course Three –
SAUSALIDO SALAD / spring mix / white balsamic vinaigrette

ROASTED PEAR & FONTINELLA STUFFED CHICKEN caramelized pear / fontinella / pancetta
LONDON BROIL grilled, marinated flank steak / bourbon whole grain mustard reduction
