Salads Aren’t Just For Summertime, Leogreta

by TasteBudBPosted on November 13, 2018April 27, 2020

Carnegie has a bunch of nice gems. One of my latest discoveries is LeoGreta where I met for a business lunch recently to discuss an idea for some great 2019 event planning.

I ordered a delicious Corn and Tomato salad option (pictured above) which tasted as good as it looks! It was a great waist-friendly lunch as I embarked on my latest diet. It paired with the the “plate of pickled things” which was a perfect home-made medley of vegetables brined by Chef Greg himself.

I’d heard that when they first opened they were BYOB but now have a selection of beer and wine very reasonably priced.  If they were still BYOB, I’d consider hosting a wine exchange in Carnegie just to showcase the eatery to all my friends.

Sending Chef Greg the best wishes and looking forward to my next meeting on that side of town to try another dish of something special.
