Lately, I’ve been on a kick where I want pho and other noodly dishes. Before a recent shopping trip up McKnight Road, we stopped by Sushi Tomo and decided I just HAD to have something that fit the bill. I ordered some Udon noodles and they were delicious.
The chef even obliged when I requested fresh sliced jalapenos be added to give the dish some extra kick. It was a dish that I would absolutely order again.
