Guys, No One Likes Shrinkage … Am I Right?

A crisis has plagued kitchens for far too long – bacon shrinkage. When you cook bacon for breakfast, it’s all too common that you end up with shrunken, shriveled pieces which get mangled and tangled on the plate.

Here’s a trick to solving this issue and takes just a few extra minutes in the morning.

If you have Pampered Chef oven stones, then this process will be very simple. This also works with a regular cookie sheet and cast iron skillet.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and form a press around your bacon.

To avoid excessive grease splatter, you should also consider parchment paper on top of the bacon to hold the grease onto the pan.
